Club closed this Thursday, September 18 - check this post for re-opening updates

There will be another delay in resuming the Club Championship.  They have found some more mold under the carpet and for health reason no one can be down there until it is cleaned up.  Hopefully not more than a week or two.  They are working on it as fast as they can.  No chess on September 18. 

 

The current Club Championship will resume play once we are given the go-ahead.  Please check this blog post for updates.

    No chess yet on September 11th. Hopefully, we can get back playing on September 18. Still waiting for a confirmation from the Village.

    Jeff Pokorski here. I just saw the terrible news on Daniel Naroditsky. He was my favorite chess commentator. I have been heavily into the NFL season so I temporarily lost touch with Chess news. What happened?
