Southwest Chess Club - May 13 - Online Action Chess

This Thursday (May 13) at 7:00 pm we will hold an online event at chess.com*. 

Time control is Game in 15 minutes, with 5-second increment after each move.  The 4 rounds should go from 7:00 pm until about 9:15 pm (Central time).

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before 7 pm in order to "join" the tournament.  The tournament starts promptly at 7:00 pm, so you need to click "join" before that.

*If you haven't already joined the SWCC club online, go here:  https://www.chess.com/club/southwest-chess-club    to join the club.

The event is not US Chess-rated, but is chess.com-rated.  There is no entry fee; US Chess membership is not required.

    Will the club start meeting in person soon? I live in Milwaukee, and I'm looking for a place to play USCF-rated games. - Peter Bolgert

    Peter, we will resume OTB club activities on August 5. Our website has been updated to show that, and I'll send out an email ASAP.
