The Southwest Chess Club meets each Thursday night at the Hales Corners Village Hall/Police Station, at 5635 South New Berlin Rd, Hales Corners, WI, downstairs Community Room. Club opens at 6 PM, Tournament Games at 7 PM.

Dog Days of Summer Dance August 27, & September 3 & 10
3-Round “Round-Robin” (a “Quad”). Four chess players to a Quad.
Game/90 minutes. USCF Rated. EF: $5.

Come dance with us on Thursday for some great chess. Quads give players a chance to play against players of similar ratings. Hope to see everybody on Thursday.
Big finish in some of the Quad tomorrow. Quad 1 features Coons v. Veech for all the marbles. Quad 2 has three players in the running for all the marbles, depending upon outcomes of the games. The rest of the Quads are equally exciting.
