SWCC SIMUL KICKoff

2011 Club Champion and USCF Expert Jerry Zhou will give a Lecture this Thursday, July 5 on the topic:  What to do with Doubled Pawns.  The Lecture will start at 6:15 and run approximately 45 minutes.  Immediately following the Lecture, Jerry will conduct a Simultaneous Exhibition.  There is no charge to attend the Lecture or play in the Simul.

In what has become a Southwest Chess Club tradition, our defending club champion gives a Lecture and Simul the week before we start the next Joe Crothers Memorial Southwest Chess Club Championship. Jerry achieved a USCF Expert rating for his performance in last year's club championship and has maintained that rating since then.
