Would like to sign up for open but need to take a bye for week 1 and can’t be there to sign up in person.

Andrew: We will sign you up; however, you need to show up for week 2 by at least 6:45pm to take care of registration and pay. If you are late, then we will not pair you since you have not paid in advance. Also, Week 2 is now going to be on September 22. There will be no chess on September 15th. We will announce that tonight and put a notice here on the blog.
Ben Durost wants to participate but get a bye round one. He still has one free entry that we'll use for this tournament.
