Come on out and show your speed chess skills, and warm up for the Wisconsin Blitz and Rapid Championships this weekend.

My goal will be to finish with a better score than Jim Coons...

Alex and Erik will come to warm up for this Saturday!

Another aptly named tournament. There appears to be snow in the forecast for tonight, and it also appears be another knight under 32 degrees, so technically "frozen" works also. You have to love it when a name comes together!

Robin (our tournament-namer) is a better weather forecaster than I am!

When do we need to show up for registrations?

Southwest Chess Club said...

Registration: 6:30 is a good time, as we'll want to kick off the games right around 7:00 pm.

We'll close registration at 6:55 to make sure we start on time, so don't be late!
