QUICK CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP is held in two sections: Open (open to all, rated) and Scholastic (K-12 player, not rated). Time
control is 25 minutes (+3 second delay) per player, everyone plays 4
games.
Notation is not required. On-site registration is
9:00-9:30am. Round times: 10am, 11am, 12:45pm, 2pm.
Prizes Open: $900 (b/60 or proportional): 1st $250, 2nd $150, class prizes (5-8 players per class): $500 Prizes Scholastic: team trophies to top five schools and 20 individual trophies based on age.
